Led the design of the first comprehensive digital Competent Learner Model for new and current retail employees. Leveraged existing learning resources to refine Retail CLM Modules based. The platform succeeded with a completion Rate of 100% and a pass rate of 86%.
Designed 1st Retail Wiki
Led the collaboration amongst Retail Leadership to compose the first comprehensive SOP Wiki for part-time employees on Notion. This Retail Wiki became the source of truth for all part-time staff and new managers to learn the ins and outs of the department.
